Throughout California, clients, architects, inspectors, engineers, builders, subcontractors, and developers have assuring confidence in his execution and management acumen to face any challenge head-on to get the job done methodically, vigilantly, and on time.

Bill Conrad

Engineering

Bill has been a practicing engineer since 1993. His skills and technical knowledge include: electrical, mechanical, hardware, and software. These skills were utilized at corporations, such as Pyxis, SAIC, General Atomics, Northrop Grumman, Hamilton Sundstrand, and D&K Engineering. Bill is a valued member of the team and has been a great asset in areas of contracting and management.

Frank Rawson

Treasurer

Frank R. earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University in 1973. He has completed significant post graduate work in finance, accounting, and taxation at CSULB and CSUF, including CE courses through the California Society of CPAs. He has held his CPA license since 1983 and started in public accounting with Kenneth Leventhal & Company (a national CPA firm specializing in real estate related activities). He has consulted in all areas of public practice and has held controllership and financial management positions for several medium-sized businesses, as well as real estate syndicators, construction contractors, international internet retailers, and over-the-counter listed companies. Frank’s notable and solid comprehension to advise on auditing, accounting, and tax matters has serviced the company’s management leaders since 1991.
